Once again another dominating performance by our defender-come-tagger.

Completely tagged Grant out of the game.

Wonder who he'll dominate next week?

I am thinking he will be taking Bartell (not as big of a scalp but can hurt) as I think Lingy will try run with Mitchell.

Picked up where he left off last season. Good, honest, hard running and tackling, and still racked up some touches.

One of the most underrated players in the competition.

I think Bartells worry has been consistancy so. And how could I forget Ablett, he will definatly take Ablett.

Bartel played one of the best games I've seen today, if he was called Judd everyone would be falling over themselves to give him praise. He is just so courageous and has scant regard for his own safety. If Reiwoldt gets all the kudos for jumping back in the pack to take a mark why doesn't Bartel, especially considering Reiwoldt probably had 10cm and 15 kilos on him.

Having said that Sewell will most likely go to Ablett. Our midfields will have a great clash with Ling, Corey, Bartel v Hodge, Lewis and Mitchell. Will be great to watch.

I was at the game tonight and didn't realise Grant was even playing until I saw him come off the bench in the second quarter. Great job by Sewelly.

Don't want to repeat myself, but let us leave the match ups to the coaches. i did say that many players in the league tainted as "guns" are infact over hyped no-names, who the media and fans jump on board. These days there is very few "guns."

Judd would be in there for sure, possibly Crawf & Goodes, but apart from that there are none that have dominated for a long period on a consistent basis.

BOG last night.

Beat his opponent comprehensively and was the only player on the ground all night who used the ball effectively every time he got it (from my memory anyway - always seemed to do the right thing).
