Hawk's illustrated children's book

I remember a series of books from my school days that each depicted a child talking about their favorite footy team and their favorite players.
Does anyone else remember this series of kid's books?
I'd love to get my hands on a copy.

Saw it a few months back
Has Platten Dunstal in it
About a girl who goes to see Hawks and gets autographs.
It didnt win the Pulitzer but its cute for little kids
