3. Pev - stiched up their girly captain. it was a 'spiflication'!!
2. Blumfield - great return to form young man. was a great target!
1. Hird - the guy is an out-and-out superstar. that goal?

Unlucky were players who were prominant when the game was there to be won (i.e. Mercs, Jacobs, Fletch, Cara).

Wasn't Mercs teriffic before he came off? In and out of packs like magic. I'm a happy girl with Joe and Fletch and Blumfleild back a well. Lloydy playing in back and taking Gaspar with him who got a few chances at goal..what was that about?   Oh and the new guys looked good too.

tHIS IS HARDER THAN TIPPING.

Yeah, this is WAY harder than tipping.

3 - Justin Blumfield - was just everywhere. Definite BOG
2 - Damien Peverill - Shut down Campbell, and still got 25-odd qualtiy touches
1 - Danny Jacobs - Took 8 marks floating across the defense, and had jobs on Richo, Ottens and Holland all night.

Honorable mentions -

Mercuri - Amazing 1st half
Hird - How good is this guy?
Fletcher - Great all night
Hille - Didn't win the centre hitouts, but had more influence around the ground that Ottens or Stafford

Very, very difficult

3. Blumfield - Great to see him in great form again
2. Pev - love this guy!
1. Hille - Contested well in the centre and dives back into the packs if he doesn't get it out the first time. very good around the ground as well.

Could also have given votes to Hird, Mercuri and Fletch - all were sensational in the first half (and Fletch was pretty good in the second half too)

0.5 Bolton - Hopefully he'll get rubbed out for a few so McGrath can finally get a game.
