Can someone please explain why;

Boyle + Roughead = Comedic Shenanigans?

Boyle has now played 8 games... and if he pulls a game like vs the Dees every 2 or 3 weeks while still inexperienced i'll be happy.

Roughead is young and big and will just have to learn from mistakes. With Buddy and Willow firing, it gives these two guys a bit more of a grace period to develop.

I think anyway

Though it was painfully funny yesterday!

As someone astutely said a while ago they will struggle at the dome - they'll be OK in tassie next week.

Perhaps it wasnt worth dropping Boyle when we need to build him up

I'm not criticising either player just wondering why they seem to play so poorly together...

Roughie played well further away from goal than as a forward 50 player. When he was in the 50, both he and Boyle got a bit lost. Also, it does not help when a lot of the ball is aimed at Willo and Buddy.

I'd play Roughie at CHF for a while and see how he goes.

Was happy to see Roughead making leads and taking a few marks at CHF rather than playing tall up forward.

^ Spot on he looked good early last game when he was being a lead up forward (bar the intercepted pass). I also like him up field more and leave Boyler and Frangas back.
