Well, fair is fair, Warren has a neck strain from watching all of the balls he led for being kicked over his head.....

Perhaps Ben was trying to help Warren losen it up by "manipulating it" early in the last quarter :)

That what happens when you have to keep up with probably the greatest centre half forward that has played the game:)

Seven News just said that another key crow was injured. They then showed Rutten in video which leads me to suspect that it's him.

If He doesn't play Hall could carve us up!

Still, with those huge baby cows of his a corkie for Rutten is like an elephant with a toothache. Hope he comes up otherwise Hall vs... Bassett?

'Great' CHFs don't go missing in most of the big games they play.

Dont be too worried mate. Basset always used to play well on Hall, and Hall even rated him his toughest opponent.

Truck isn't conditioned to play on the wing.

Agree that Basset can handle Hall if necessary. He has a good record against him. Both players are running hot at present and could be agood duel. Let's hope Ben comes up though

I'm almost curious to see how a Ruttenless Adelaide fairs against a side with a gun forward. I'm always one to want to see an iron on the fire for every position on the ground, regardless of how young the current position-filler is. Rutten may only be 23 or 24 but imo there should always be someone on the way up. It would be a very revealing game without Rutten to say the least, as I feel that full back is one of the few spots on the ground where we don't have an ideal replacement right now. Sure someone like Bassett is fine to fill a hole on occasion, but a deadset full back in training who could fill the spot in the event of a long term injury to Truck? Don't know that we have one.

If he didn't come up, perhaps Bocky could go back there?

I know it's robbing Peter to pay Paul, but who else do we have, capable of playing on a monster like Barry Hall ?

Just after I made that post Bocky sprung to mind. Wouldn't want to lose the height from the forward line though. Who would come into the side though? Tippett? Is he ready? He'd give us that extra tall up forward.
