If it goes to Court, the truth will have to come out. The Weagles would not risk it. Best for them to be content with an inconclusive tribunal decision and use a massive amount of PR to put a positive spin on it. :)

Hardly. In a Court of Law a party is either innocent or guilty. The AFL did a 50:50 thing to prevent the allegations from being tested in court. If Selwood was found guilty it would just attract unwanted bad publicity to our game. The Weagles pathetic behaviour has already tarnished the reputation of the AFL and football in general. :)
