THE GREAT DEBATE
It's no secret that there's been constant doubt over the gender of both these people in question, but now it's time to put your 'money' where your mouth is, and decide which, if either, is more man than the other.
While Dale might have the birth certificate on his side, there's no doubt that 'he' appears to be adjusting something in the picture above, possibly going for a re-tuck? or perhaps the stitches around 'his' surgically attached penis are giving 'him' some bother? One person alone can't possibly come to a conclusion, and that's where you come in!
As for Carro, there's simply no reasonable evidence to suggest that 'she' is infact female, and one only has to take a look at the picture above, to sense an overwhelming level of testosterone, not dissimilar to the level amongst say, a pride of sex straved lions? The strong bone structure of 'her' face, also points to compelling signs of a male form.
Don't let this discussion and rumour continue any longer. Help me decide who is infact, more man than the other.

Yeh! I suppose if I was getting a stiffy over a guy I would want to hope he was really a woman, just to ease the pain off being queer.
