View Full Version : its' another spoon for blues with stevens out
doubt it looking at the start we have made and the teams we face in the next 4 weeks.
i think so yes no
The spoon looks like being a 4-way slug fest between the Pies, Dees, Tiges and North. :)

They arnt doing too bad, but we will see in a couple of weeks if they are in contention for the spoon i guess, stevens was a big part of last weeks comeback though

I think they'll finish 12-14th. Stranger things have happened though...

Richmond or the Roos for sure. Blues will be alright.

It does seem to be their rightful position.
On the positive side, I can see some players capable of making an impact @ Preston. :)
One of their self proclaimed experts thinks that they are washed up this year after Steven's injury.
Poor excuse for a supporter and in reality shows no support in that reply.

I'd say welcome to a PP and another spoon if Stevens misses the rest of the year. We beat Richmond off the back of a great game from Stevens and we don't have the depth to cover for him. Kouta isn't as good as he once was and doesn't run as hard as Stevens.

Shouldn't you be on the way to the game since you're not a poor excuse for a supporter? http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/images/icons/icon3.gif
I must have really struck a nerve with an honest appraisal of the future of your average list because my name keeps popping up in your posts.
Did you enjoy last week's match?:)

I am not going to the game , watching it at the pub.
Your appraisal of our team or any one elses for that matter, is entirely inconsequential for a numberof reasons.
As for being a true supporter, i would never write my team off and claim they would win the spoon after losing just one player, no matter who it was.
You are a poor excuse for a carlton supporter and should be ashamed of yourself.
1: No one, not even those employed by AFL clubs can predict with absolute certaintly whether or not their kids will make it or not.
2: You THINK you are a talent assesor, but all you are is someone who THINKS they know everything about young talent.
3: You have an unintelligent bias towards carlton.
As i asked you before, and you declined to reply, IF you are soooo good at talent assessment of untried youth, why arent you employed at AFL or even VFL level?
No, i didn't enjoy last weeks game and am still hurting over it, but today went some way to ease the pain.
You are a poor excuse for a supporter and i would never condemn my team to the spoon just because we lost 1 player, no matter who it was.
You are a disgrace to your team
Spoon ranking update:
16. Tiges
15. Pies
14. Dees
13. North
The Pies did their chances no harm today. :)

Was is that hard to create a poll?

Unacceptable.
You want to concede so easily, even when we have the foundations for a good side? We don't need another #1 or priority pick. We should be improving and getting the belief that we can win games. Build on what we have, don't ruin it.
It's quite sad to see supporters give up so easily, especially when the first quarter of the season hasn't finished yet.
