IMO has to come from either NZ,SA or Eng.
Despise them all but I really enjoy thrashing SA more then any other team. Big mouth chokers:thumbsd:

Maybe RSA. England are whiny little bitches who have a losing mentality, they never win anything and their supporters accept this which makes them pretty pathetic. NZ are just a poor cousin. It's funny that NZ and England both beat us before the world cup and celebrated like they had just cured cancer yet when it came to the big stage they were absolute shite.

Fair enough. But how can your most hated team be that of the place where you live?
Sri Lanka: mainly because of Arjuna Ranatunga all those years ago. They are a good team now, but i still can't forgive them for when he was around. Very unsportsman-like he was.
England: Somehow SNUCK home in the Ashes in 2005, by winning two of the closest test-matches around. Hadn't won anything else for 20 years. Never did like them much. And yet they all received MBE's for winning the Ashes. Why not take them away after PUBLICLY EMBARRASING the nation in the summer just gone? or just give them to the Australian players?
I will confess, South Africa are my 2nd favourite team, went out with a South African girl for a while a few years back, then she moved home to South Africa. And she got me into them. With the exception of Graeme Smith, i like South African cricket.
RSA. England are just too pathetic to hate.

I went out with an English chick about 3 years ago, but that never changed the fact that i hated their team, although i tend to agree with bus24 now, England are too hopeless to hold a grudge against.
Most hated team is definitely the chokers!

Because I dont like the way the media portray the Aussie teams. You hear about all the Aussies before anyone else.... i.e: FSN: Mark Viduka scores as Middlesbrough draw with Man Utd. Then they show all the results n that is that.
They are so ridiculously bias. I expect some of it because we are living in Australia but they are far worse than any other countries I have experienced.

Lol I can imagine it being pretty bad over there.... I've never been to the US but they seem arrogant

No way. Maybe because their target audience are, in the main, Australians who support Australian teams/players..
i.e: FSN: Mark Viduka scores as Middlesbrough draw with Man Utd. Then they show all the results n that is that.
Considering Man Utd. are 1st in the EPL, their result is going to be first up anyway.

I understand that but its far worse in Australia than anywhere else I've been. Also, I dont like the attitude of a lot of the sporting stars, especially some of the cricketers.
Considering Man Utd. are 1st in the EPL, their result is going to be first up anyway.
Its the way they say it, they always say "Australian such n such has played a big part" when in all seriousness they've done jack shit.
Like England? They haven't got much to brag about anyway have they.
Far worse than England, its funny cos we only here about Englands results out here if they've lost, if they actually win you have to listen out forever to hear the result. Its not at all like that in England

Yes, because English football superstars are model citizens right? They're some of the most arrogant people you're likely to come across. Along with US sporting stars.
Its the way they say it, they always say "Australian such n such has played a big part" when in all seriousness they've done jack shit.
Using the Mark Viduka example... did he play a big part? Yes he did.
Another Example: I've never heard a FSN report on Andrew Bogut saying "Bogut has inspired his Bucks to a win overnight, scoring 2 points and pulling down a rebound".
Far worse than England, its funny cos we only here about Englands results out here if they've lost, if they actually win you have to listen out forever to hear the result. Its not at all like that in England
What I managed to decipher from that was.... Yap Yap England media is better and fairer than Australian media Yap Yap. Don't bleat about stuff you can't back up.
If anything FSN is pro-NSW and anti-everywhere else.

If you were talking a-league its definitely hating Adelaide United. Cricket teams? RSA - Graeme Smith is a merchant banker. NZ - colour resemblence too close to collingwood and they complain consistently about our apparent "Sledging". ENG - so pathetic but then so funny to watch when they are getting flogged.
I hate them all, England, India, Druggiestan, Australia, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Lancashire and Yarkshur.

My main hate is the Australian cricket team and part of the reason is probably because they're so good.

And I've never said otherwise. I dont like the English football team, because they're stuck up and play for themselves not their country
Using the Mark Viduka example... did he play a big part? Yes he did.
Theres been a lot of times where I've had a secret chuckle to myself about them saying someone or other has played a huge roll when they've done nothing, in Viduka's case he scored so that was a case when they had every right to say it but there are lots of other times when they have said something about someone who's done nothing.

County cricket is a mediocre bollocks league so please stop talking about it here. The Redbacks would beat all of your teams quite easily.

fair enough, but not all of us have that luxury of being able to choose. you're what you're born and you have to take that with good grace.
I recognise our team's faults, sure. but I can't hate them.
I am an irish citizen... er, the republic thereof anyway... and was wishing ireland all the best, I'd have even been happy if they beat us (ie aussie) - just so long as they didn't stop us from winning the cup, I mightn't have been so pleased then!

What the hell, this doesn't make sense?
Pietersen is better than Hussey, but not as good as Hayden?
But then Pietersen is a million times better than Hayden? One tournament doesn't make Hayden a Superstar? I would've though being one of the best batsmen in the world for almost a decade would though?
As for Hussey vs Pietersen, I sure as hell know who I'd rather have in my team.
Ray - Unsportman-like tossers is a big call... coming from a team who exploited the sub-fielding rule, possibly used lollies to fabricate swing and targetted the heads of our batsmen.

Geez its hard , hate the sub continent teams (take out Bangladesh) because they whine continually and think they are above the rules .
You gotta hate the Boks because even when they lose they always come up with excuses and talk themselves up. Kiwis get more credit than they deserve so that is irksome . Poms apart from the Saffers in the team are not that arrogant (anymore) so they probably have dropped down the hate scale.
Can't hate Lara , or Zim that much .
Perhaps its whatever team is playing Australia .
