Here's a list of e-mail addresses for some of the MPs from the Victorian Government:

bruce.mildenhall@parliament.vic.gov.au

lynne.kosky@parliament.vic.gov.au

justin.madden@parliament.vic.gov.au

steve.bracks@parliament.vic.gov.au

Also, if you don't know who your local MP is, go to:

http://www.premier.vic.gov.au/ministers/

This will tell you who are the ministers, etc. Also, the Labour MP for the area of Lalor is Julia Gillard, very much a Western Suburbs lady. Give her a note on:

julia.gillard.mp@aph.gov.au

Get in there and bombard them with requests for support! Cheers.

Bulldogs1 I'm not sure if calling MP's will really have much effect. It might be just my opinion but it seems to me that politicians have taken little interest in helping out struggling VFL clubs over the years, unless its THEIR team that actually needs the help, like Kennett - Hawthorn, Bracks - Geelong. We had very little political support in our times of strife in 1989 and 1996. But a good idea all the same, boy do we need ideas at the moment?

They're all Labor MPs. All they'll do is "look into that" and form a committee. ;)

I share the same feelings, Gordo, but if people have the time to sit and post here, then to zap off five or six quick messages (you can cut and paste to save time) is relatively quick.

If every one of us did that it may help. If none of us do, well.....Originally posted by Gordo
