View Full Version : What do you think about our ins and outs?

IN: Gallagher, Hulme, Freeborn.

OUT: Fletcher, Fevola, Merrington.

I don't think much of these changes. For starters, three smalls for three tallish players.

Secondly, Freeborn should not come straight back into the side. Must be played through the twos, it isn't as if he is such a good player that we play him when he's not match fit.

Thirdly, why aren't Mansfield and Franchina out of the side? They MUST be dropped if they don't perform this week, and should already be out of the side. Especially given the players that have come in.

Fourthly, Merrington. How unlucky? Played very well in round 1 and then didn't get a go last week. Brittain must hate him! I was hoping that Livingston would debut as he was our best in the twos last week. Seems we are too conservative (YET AGAIN) with the youngsters, not wanting to have three of them in at once.

Thoughts?

Nice to see Hulmey back and to a lesser extent Gallagher.

well for starters i'm glad Fev is out... he needs a bit of a wake up call
it's true we are losing a bit of height, but collingwood really aern't that tall a team...
good to see gallagher in, i didn't see but it sounded like he played well in the st kilda game.
and i'm glad Hulmey's back.. as long as he plays well it shoulda ll be good.. just a win will do... but we do ned percentage :p

So no change at Carlton then Jim? ;)

But seriously Hulme coming in has to be a bonus, why was he out? Injured I assume.

Suspended.

I think that Livingston should have come in instead of Freeborn.

And Fletcher, Mansfield and Franchina dropped. Definitely NOT Merrington, maybe Fevola.

Yeah Hulmey is a bit of an inspiration to the side, he's such a goer.
