Swans accom and training in Melbourne

Does anyone know where the Swans team stay?
I know it used to be at the Carlton Crest hotel in Albert Park with training at the Albert ground???

Have two young kids I wanna take to meet the players.

Last year they stayed at the Crown Plaza, but I stayed there last week and didn't sight any of them. Don't know where they train.
