A nicer young bloke you couldn't meet, as an opposition fan I hope all you sainters get behind him, he'll give you lots of highlights in the years to come.
Good luck Xavier!

The X man cometh!!!!!!!!
Seemed a little out of his depth early on with the speed of the game in intra club and preseason.
Obviously must have gotten up to speed (pun intended) with Springvale for the Saints to pick him so soon.

I havent looked forward to seeing a new Sainter since Nicky in 1987 (hope that doesn't put too much pressure on the lad)

He's probably already a crowd favourite before he makes his debut which is pretty rare.

I did think he looked a little lost during the preseason at times as well but he also showed a few flashes of brilliance.

Like Joffaboy said they wouldn't be playing him if he wasn't ready.

Let's hope he can turn out to be the excitement machine that we are expecting him to be.

his first 1/2 of the first intra club game i was heralding that this bloke will be in our starting side for the year, he had about 15 possies and disposed of them well. as long as a young bloke can gets his hands on the footy when playing with men, he has potential and this bloke gets the footy.

good luck to the xman, hopefully for him and us he has a long and great career.

go saints:D :D

Savatage -

I met Xavier through a friend of mine who I played footy with who is a relation of his. I have not seen him play live, only on tape and from having a kick with him and I reiterate, a nicer young man you wouldn't come across, no airs or graces, just a good fella, that's why I wish him a long and successful career.

Good luck to the Saints
Cheers
