As a Hawthorn supporter I am sick to death about the comparison between Tambling and Franklin. People who say Tigers should have got him instead. The draft is a gamble and as much as you believe you have the right kid it doesn't turn out that way. Yes but what a lot of people fail to realise is that footy as in life goes in cycles. One minute everything is going good then the next minute not so good. Tigers fans don't listen to the so called experts and enjoy the ride because Richie will be a great player as will Deledio. Good Luck Tigs!

Good stuff mate. :thumbsu: We all know Franklin is a gun and we are hoping that Tambling will be a very good player for us. Has shown some good signs this year andhopefully this injury won't set him back too far.

Yeah I love all this horses##t lip service being spouted by the interstate sides about the comp being cyclical.
Easy for them to say so.
Have Adelaide ever finished in the bottom four, say three years in a row?
The same applies to West Coast and Fremantle and Port and Brisbane?
When they all spend time as cellar dwellers than I will come round to this cyclical notion. Otherwise it is more spin.
