Even in Richmonds depressing 40 point loss to port i found a good side. I found Cameron Howat was getting a lot of ball. AND USING HIS POSSESSIONS WISELY! could he be the real deal?

Yeah he was pretty good today. That was good to see. Wont ever be a star though.

dunno bout the star bit. reckon he could be a great attack, seeing as he finds space. Would like to see him aim for goal. Does anyone know how good he is in the forward 50?

should be delisted at yrs end. very one sided. lacks a physical prescence one dimensional. he may make a decent run with player at best.

Well he isnt actually on the list and this his last year of being on the rookie list. Hard to see him or King being promoted full time at the moment.
King and Howat showed me more than any other Tiger today. Even richo looked shite compared to them.

He has done as good as anyone could wish for in just 10 senior games. Looks very good. You're a d1ckhead santa :cool:

Yeah I just saw a bloke giving his all and good for him
But star I certainly didnt see.
King looks another bloke who will give an honest go but another bloke I just dont see with anything that will make it at this level.

His main problem in he's one-sided but he was very good yesterday, if he keeps up that form he wont be dropped.
Saw a few big wheels yesterday to get to that left boot.
not a star but he was very good yesterday, ran the lines well. Hes good enough to be a starting 22'er, at least hes got pace to run and carry

hes player 25 to 35 on your list. a depth player who can play a role but thats all at the moment.
I really liked the look of him last year, can't remember why as this year has been well below standard. I thought he had handy skills but this year they've been appalling and yesterday was the only game where he's made some sort of imprint on a game, albeit not significant.
He's still fighting for his spot on the list from my view.

Ain't that the truth. Would need to sharpen his skills to make it in AFL.
We have enough players with terrible kicking skills.

despite his 70's hair and a lack of physical presence he certainly didnt disgrace himself. watching the game i saw a few positives from him along the wing and through defence that either helped with the clearance or helped link up with others to bang it up fwd. he does look a little goofy but :thumbsu: well done........... also a number of positives from others included newmans 1st quarter seemed to find the ball and use it effectivly and foleys always dominating form in the team. richos struggling effort in his 1st contest where he didnt jump was interesting.
