Brisbane have won three times this year, and I have not seen them in the rooms singing the Club song after their win, yet this year.
I am sick of it. I sat up last night until 1.45am to watch the replay after getting home from the game, not only to see the game but was under the impression that I would at least see them this time sing the Club song, but No!, not this time AGAIN.
Is it too much to ask, that we might see the vision of the boys going down the race when the boys leave the ground and see them have a good old sing?
Channel 9, and now Channel 10 are so busy doing the Media thing, post match wrap-up, that they miss the fundamental tradition of the simple pleasure they can give the supporter, the vision of their boys singing the Club song after a victory.
Channel 7 are starting to look pretty good. Better the devil you know. I am not sure what I will do, if they do it again. I am really beside myself with dissappointment. 'Angry' is a word.
