Just saw the game verse the eagles, noticed numerous kicks and hand passes missing targets. I realise it was a quick game, I still think we have room for a lot of improvement. Just simple things like hitting targets on the lead etc. Kicking for goal should also be practiced, we missed a few gettable goals and I am afraid it might bite us in the ass in the future.

It was a fairly high pressure game, but i see your point. What amazes me sometimes is how often our players kick floating mogrel kicks when under little or no pressure at all.
But as for the goal-kicking, even the best teams have bad goal kicking at times, and no amount of practice at training can equal the same pressure/environment as match days.

Watching the replay with a calm head, you really notice the amount of clangers in the middle of the ground. Was the same against Richmond, there is huge scope for improvement there.
Watching the 1st Q against Richmond, I know we kicked 10, but we stuffed up another half a dozen chances.
Main culprit is C. Enright, but Mackie, Kelly, even G Ablett kicked it straight to a WC player, under little pressure, twice.
