Live Radio Link??

Sorry if its been posted but does anybody know a live radio link that works on a Mac and overseas?

The one of the AFL site never seems to work for me,driving me nuts!!!

Triple MMM are calling it I can listen live from a pc can't help with a mac i'm afraid but it may work?
