Heard so many supporters say that after Hamill, Gehrig, Lawrence, Voss, Capuano, Callahan the team was odds on for the finals, only to be near the bottom again, this year things are no better.

Is it the looser mentality?
Is it the culture?
Is it the coach?
Is it the President (Buttless)
what is it for christs sake?

Is the club spending too much on players for little return
