F'ing pathetic.:mad:
I can handle shows starting at least 5 minutes late from their schedule start time but when it gets to more than 20 minutes later than their start time they should at least show some courtesy to the viewers by having a rolling alert on the bottom of the screen saying the Monaco Grand Prix will now start at 11:30pm instead of 11:10pm.
Does this drive anyone else nuts?

All the networks do it (even ABC and SBS, although within 2 or 3 mins of the stated time, not 5 to infinity minutes like the commercial networks) :(
Pay tv networks dont tend to do it. Possibly with all the channels available on pay tv each network is reluctant to stuff around incase people go "**** this, what's on the other 50 channels"?

F1 qualifying started an hour BEFORE the start time listed on Saturday night

Ch10 are the worst because they have live crap like Big Brother and Aussie Idol.
Last night was bloody frustraing waiting and waiting and waiting for the F1GP to start.As I refuse to watch Rove or BB,I had no idea how late ch10 was running.Now just to piss us off even more they have 90 minutes of live crap from the BB house hosted by what I'm guessing is an out of work radio announcer and some blonde chick whose boobs were pushed up so far last night that she must've nearly strangled herself.Was she off to her next job as an escort ?

They can easily cut BB Uplate short because its just live footage of people sitting and sleeping, id like to meet someone who watches this shit.

Sadly, they won't cut back on BB Up Late, because their stupid quizzes and whatever else brings in revenue for the networks... That's why Channel 9 persists in having Quizmania on most nights of the week. Don't expect channel 10 to change anything either, sadly, for unknown reasons, all the BB crap is still rating well enough for them to keep it on air. I agree that it's frustrating, but sadly it's unlikely to change, and it may just get worse when Australian Idol resumes, they are notoriously bad for running around half an hour over time. Or they seemed to last year anyways.
