WESTERN Bulldogs have accused Sydney of firing cheap shots over claims a female trainer was wired up and delivering messages to players during Sunday's game in Canberra.
what's this about?? i did read the article... but it doesnt sound right about Swans "firing cheap shots". but it sounds quite serious.
what's going on here? any more info anyone?
LOL. No idea. I'd say there's nothing in it. But Eade always was one to push the limits of the possible. Always admired him for that. Pretty funny stuff. Looks like the days of the love-fest between the Swans and the newly-loveable Dogs might be about to come crashing back into a heated rivalry again. :p

i remember back in the eades days where he'd lay into his players in the huddle or the classic vision of him turning his back, while sitting in the coaches box, many years back when we'd always lose the un-losable games, we used to fade badly... i think he has a big ego.

I think all involved in AFL have healthy egos. Look at your President.
Storm in a tea cup though this story. Maybe it was the Bullies themselves who started the story.....

I'm confused.. is he being sarcastic when he says
"I would have thought clubs, especially Sydney, wouldn't want to fire cheap shots. I would have thought they would have better things to do with their lives than actually throw cheap shots." ?
Bah, don't worry to much. Its hardly been in the press down here. So its not really important. Carry on.
Talk about a waste of newsprint that story was the other day!

Roos said the AFL told him another club was behind the allegations.
"I've sent an email to Rocket (Eade) to say we didn't initiate it," Roos said.
The AFL dismissed the allegation after watching video of the trainer during the Bulldog's 43-point loss.
Might just put all that nonsense down to Eade tryig to do a bit of difflecting away from the disappointing result.
