The poster who I think has the best posts is Gilly1972, most things he says make sense

I've seen few games with Gilly this year, and he is very knowledgable in this area. Other guys to keep an eye out for are Footyman, Sinepari and Boy From the West.

What do you mean most??!! ;)

Thanks guys, but as somebody very wise once said to me it isn't rocket science, I just describe what I see. I also have to say that nobody could transfer what happened on the field into such useful informative prose quite as well as Mojo.

Weaver is a good one, has some excellent, well documented opinions.

Irel, from the Brisbane Lions board is fantastic, especially when ti comes to lesser known players or mature rookies. Always gives a profile on them and usually accurate measurements.

Weaver, Gilly1972, Sinepari are all good.

The standard has stepped up this year with good contributions from Gilly1972 and HBF. :thumbsu: macca69 makes plenty of sense and Weaver continues to post insightful comments as he has done for a while now.

Weaver is the king here for mine. Gilly has been pretty impressive too and only getting better.

TOA has some interesting stuff to say, and although his lack of caps and general posting style is offputting at first, lingsface knows more about WA prospects than most.

That I don't always 100% agree with you.

Absolutely. Mojo was second to none in this area.

Yeah, you must admit you are still a bit erratic, Gilly, and what's with this only watching TAC Cup games? You really should get out more! ;)

Plenty of good posters on this forum IMO. Gilly, BFTW, Weaver, Sinepari, Footyman,TOA, HBF, LH15 just to name a few.

Could a few of the better posters on here perhaps organize footydraft this year. That site was enjoyed thoroughly by many when it was up, and I missed it a lot last year. Would anyone be interested in doing it this year?

I would have thought with the Phantom Draft last year Macca, that was done really well, and I know that myself and Gilly are looking forward to having another crack at it this year.

There were also plenty of top 10's, top 20's and the like to most people satisfied.

agree the BFPD was very good, and I liked Grub's top 50 along with the other PD's like Weaver, TOA's etc. But footydraft was my favourite tbh, would love that up and running again this year.

I think many of you have forgotten Thunderstruck; he provided countless views on the SANFL players, their strengths and weaknesses as well as their likely roles if they were to make it to AFL level.

Footydraft is alot of work, and a pretty thankless job. No matter what you do, people will always have a go at your work.
