Thought I was playing a song through my headset as I was searching for a track (days of vinyl), turned out it was blaring at the front of the stage over the top of the band. When they finished they asked where the music was coming from. They ended up blaming the venues PA system. I think I pretty much gave up my amateur DJ career right then and there.
