What would we need to trade to get draft pick #2 if you get it at the end of the year?

We wouldnt trade it! If we did be for Cooney or Griffen and thats no going to happen.

This is a Ridiculous thread, #### off back to your own board.

I think we will use it for a tall, so you have nothing we would want.

You don't have any talls I'd even think about trading pick #2 for.

I wouldn't go that far...

I wouldn't trade it for Cooney as we don't need him as much as we need a gun ruckman. I'd love to have him but pick 2...too much.

Why does everyone put so much value on these first round draft picks... yes you have the ability to pick up a jet but it is still a lottery. Sylia was pick three and we're still hoping he proves himself.

Not that the bulldogs would trade for it but why wouldn't you take one of there guns for the 2 pick????

I would easily take

Cooney
Griffen
Cross
Gilbee (or one of there quick running back types as we need one)

If we traded we would get a very good player who has proven himself at the AFL level, rather than someone we hope will

I wouldn't take Griffen as I am far from sold on him at the moment. Cross I probably would.

Not negotiable whatever number our first draft pick is!

Griffen would be the perfect player for Melbourne, we need a solid defender and someone that can generate run off half back. Brown and Ward do that but they done have the awarness, vision and skills to pull it off. Griffen has the pace and skills and would be a welcome pick up

Yeah I'd do griffen if it worked out like this

assuming doggies finish 5th or whatever

pick 2+20 for Griffen + 13

You give us your first round and Gilbee OR Cooney OR Cross and we'll give you our first and second round.

Cross would be good along with someone that can actually kick the ball.

We don't need Cross as we have McDonald who is very similar but probably not quite as good.

What would everyone think about trading pick 2 for Brian Harris.

Short answer: No
Long answer: HELL NO!

Eags were in deep trouble in 2001 picked up Judd and Kerr in the draft now top of the ladder if u wanna feel the pain like richmond or Carlton trade away your draft picks just ask Collingwood who got the better deal shifting Tarrant out?

My mistake I meant pick 20, but the dogs wouldn't do it I don't think. For pick 20 if we had two second rounders I'd do it.

I would not trade the pick unless it involved Pavlich or Judd.
