Jets by 1 pt. Very good game in perfect conditions at Willy. Jets 20 pts up at 3/4 time. Bendigo up by 8 pts 15 minutes in. Neck and Neck before Ward kicked a gl and the Jets just got home. Graham kicked 4gls.

'Perfect conditions at Willy'......now that a sentence you won't see very often ;)

Was a very good game i got down there today. Like you said it was just about perfect conditions i think the real hero when the jets were down by a couple was Daniel McKerracher who snagged the two goals to get them back level. One was out of his ar*e granted but the other was a great goal from a big pack mark. Number 21 from bendigo was a killer in that last quarter i think his name was Rex or something he flew around and kicked an important one late he almost looked like a lil Aaron or Alwyn running around off the wing.

i see touhey got in the best for his first game back with the pioneers. bout time some of the d.i.c.kheadss down at the bendigo coaching staff pulled their fingers out and started thinking about the team over personal opinions/preferences. someone needs to get in their ear and let those pea brains know that you dont have to live in bendigo to be a good footballer.

There is no doubt that there are some hidden agenda's in the Bendigo Pioneers coaching staff but i disagree with Big Echuca, in my opinion non- bendigo players are favoured; for example i watched the game on the weekend and Tobias Thoolen from Swan Hill wasn't even in my Top 10 players for Bendigo but continues to get named in the best, Ford was in my best 5-8 but definatly not the best. Toohey was lucky to get named but its good to see him back playing.

anyone from bendigo want to explain what "80 minutes" means. I heard players were shouting it out in the last half of the last quarter

Interesting.

They've actually got a good last quarter record this season, they've won 6 of 8 - must be something to do with that?
