you lost, ok.

So many things have gone your way the last 2 years. No injuries, AFL giving you money and Barry Hall being cleared for the grand final which you would have lost without him.

So all of the sudden you loose and now it's the umpires fault. Your supposedly a good side, so wouldn't last year's 15th at home be an easy win?

I guess not.

The padding on the post was exceptionally high but hey it was like that all night wasnt it? So it was the same deal for essendon. So how is that unfair?

The umpires made a mistake last night when it come to the Adam Mcphee incident. But are you all saying that every decision for the night way fair go?

Of course not! that's football! So stop sulking about not being good enough!

Agree with that. The Swans supporters have had a fair suck of the sauce bottle over the last couple of years and really have no right to complain.

so many telling us to stop sooking, so few sooking posts after an initial p offoff factor, a few other supporters running an anti essendon line.

Typical Swans match - 3 1/2 quarters of pap then 10 minutes of good footy primary because it was a cliff hanger. Thankfully the evil side perished.

And it still makes me laugh that Swans people complain that Barry Hall gets a rough go with the umpires. He's the AFL love child even more so than Judd.

I've been sick of Swans sooking for a while now. They won a premiership which was basically gifted to them on a platter, then 2 or 3 games into 2006 they start sooking about umpires and complaining about their team saying they're "on their way down".

Meh.

Biggest turncoats in AFL, they are.

Sydney have had an easy run with everything in recent years, perhaps their time is up, but i doubt it,. they work really hard and as a team are awesome.

I hate it when people talk about our lack of injuries. They talk about it like somehow we are cheating just because we have very few injuries. Our lack of injuries would be a result of Paul Roos, the fitness coach and other aspects of the Swans team. Just because other teams dont do this as well is no reason to blame the Swans.

Did you forget to watch the 05 preliminary? Did we have that 'gifted' to us? Or what about the 05 QF?

No, no, no. You see... it was Leo Barry who ran into the West Coast player in the 2005 QF. Not the other way around.

Because the swans were 'gifted' 2005... didn't you know?

Essendon gifted again. McPhee was in the carpark when he kicked it.

True.

Some teams it would appear have more then some, suppose it depends on the week.

i think most fans look for excuses when their side loses. We were beaten by the better team on the night

True on both accounts.

You could say you were a bit unlucky with that post though, I think it needs to dropped a few kilos. ;)

The only saving grace for this match was that it was close....very ugly footy. I wish they wouldn't play at the SCG, it's like fitting 36 players onto a tennis court.
