Yes my own club, is just so bad to watch it could be conisdered Visual pollution

Honestly, its one thing to be shit, its another to have a gameplan where the crowd spends 50% of the time laughing and 50% of the time booing

Fair enough time is required to rebuild, but what exactly is the point of rebuilding when you have a style of play which is not conjuicive to winning a game of football, let alone finals.

To still get 28,000 to a game against Brisbane at the Dome, knowing that our style of play is just shocking to watch, is a great teastament to our supporter base.

ahh yep...pathetic game last night, the 1/2 half anyway

Richmond have played their best footy when they play fast run and carry footy

We've done that for 20 minutes this year out of 10 full games.

This week was ugly as hell but 95% of our other games we have played open, free flowing, fast running football.

We are one of the more exciting teams in the comp because we haven't been flooding much at all this year. With Deledio, Foley, Tambling, Edwards, Bowden and White etc bursting through the midfield we are usually awesome to watch.

I couldn't stand watching that crap last night though. I won't go to many games if we play like that all the time.

There is a big difference between loyalty and plain stupidity ... You just crossed the threshold ...:p

Gotta love all the football puritans out there.

Yeah it was ugly. That style you played last night got you your best result of the season thus far. Playing ugly is necessary at times, particularly for rebuilding clubs.

Most finals games are not won by free-flowing football. Even the West Coast Eagles flooded back during last years Grand Final proving that there is a time and place for uglier defensive tactics.

Remember that "famous" win against Adelaide last year. Ugly wasn't it. Did we take the points, were we proud of them? I'm going to take the good with the bad, we've been shit before, many times but we will get better.

People have missed the point of this post

THis isnt about one game. This is about Richmond's poor skills, poor gameplan and poor delievery to the forwards over a long long long period of time.

You were awesome to watch a month ago when Geelong smashed you by 26 goals! :thumbsu:
