I am really starting to think essendon can go very far this season. I think no team should right us off as having no shot at the premiership becuase where a big chance. watch out next week west coast cause your going down:thumbsu:
I am agreeing with your thoughts, i too am a mad essendon supporter and i believe that we wil finish between 4-9. if you go to http://afl.allthestats.com/misc/ladderpredict.php you can predict the ladder over the next 12 weeks, i have essendon finishing 3rd (but i was extremly biased IMO) with 15 wins and 7 losses, have a crack at it and see whay you can do !!!

i am now confident when we travel interstate... that will be tested against port but for now im am confident..
we are good at the dome aswell
to be a good chance this year we have to start playing the MCG well.. we have played in terribly over the past 18 months... what is it 2 out of 12 or something and thats counting our win over richmond...
we have 4 MCG games left and they are all going to prove crucial especially the ones against collingwood and hawthorn.. goign to be real determinants of our finals position... play the MCG well were a good chance dont and even making the finals is in doubt...

I dunnohow essendon got that high, might be a bit of bias involved. There may very well be a log jam of teams fighting for the 8 come finals time so it could be close

lol yeah some close games comin up :p
looks like a few have wrote West Coast off but you would have to think they would finish on top. But going on out record in Melbourne West Coast beat us at the MCG in 1992 and last year i cannot recall them beating us anytime. Even last year they only beat us by 17 point and we were in front at three quarter time
I reckon u'd need 13 wins to get in this yr and percentage.

Yeah thats what ive said since the start of the year, but it seems to have opened up a bit now. I dont reckon anyone below the Bulldogs have a chance of making the finals. Brisbane maybe, that draw is as helpful for them as Geelongs percentage.
Its close this year but 7 wins seems a long away away but i think we need something 6 or 7 wins in row to cement our spot
