I went and saw the Port-Roos game. Port were in front by 10 goals at 3/4 time, they should have won by more!
Coburg defeated Bendigo by 17 points.

Hey hey hey, the road to the VFL flag runs through Box Hill.
Williamstown was unbeaten before yesterday, but we toyed with them after half time.
Mark Passador is going to go close to 100 goals, Matty Brewer is fully fit and released to a half forward flank where he can be damaging, Clint Alleway is going to take the competition by storm - he will play centre half forward for the VFL against the SANFL, that's my prediction - Tom Bayford is a class act and Michael Georgiadis is a star at centre half back.
Add in a selection of young guns from our feeder team Hawthorn, and we're nigh on unstoppable. :D

Has Angwin played for Box Hill yet?

No, not fit apparently - I'll find out more and let you know.

For some reason the Crows never gave Angwin an arthroscope on his shoulder. He had one the other week and they've found out that there is a piece of bone missing. He won't be playing in the near future. The good news (for Hawthorn/BHH people) is that his attitude is great, or so i heard.
All credit for this must go to Ricohawk. He's the man in the know. ;)

Actually Fevola did play well amazingly enough!
Did anyone see the game on TV? I liked the look of young Jarrad Waite, who we got under the father son rule (his Dad Vin played for Carlton).

BTW, I have never ever ever ever heard such (anti-Carlton, pro-Frankston) biased commentary as I did when watching the Frankston v Carlton game.....how annoying was Big Kev?

Considering he is on our list I would have thought that we had to give him medical treatment
If his attitude is great he must really be a screaming namby pamby who can't abide living away from mummy and daddy
sickeningly weak victorian
Hawks are welcome to him.
Give us back Shaun Rehn - you have destroyed him as a footballer

Remind me to never ask for the return of curtain raisers ever again.
I caught the train down to Geelong early to see Springvale play before watching St Kilda.
Only a cumulative 211 point loss for the day. :o :o :o

Straight swap? Fine! That gives us back our (near enough) pick no.12 in draft your lot swindled us out of.

Two points jars...
1. Although Laurie is still a listed Crows player , they have given him permission to play at Box Hill this year. All medical decisions are being made in consultation with Adelaide.
2. Valid point mate. He obviously didn't make the transition well to SA but his attitude referred to was more a matter of being a tad immature at 18yo when drafted....imagine that , being immature at 18 ! Dont know about you jars but I knew everything when I was that age , never made a mistake and handled the big wide world with the aplomb of a mature adult...jeez , what's wrong with this kid eh !
I have no idea if LA will make a footballer....I dont think Hawthorn do yet either....but his family is steeped in Hawthorn history so they're going to give him every possible chance. Don't forget , if we want him over here we're going to have to give you guys something so I wouldn't be too negative about the whole thing.
Point is , his shoulder looks like putting the kybosh on the deal anyway...it's pretty bad from all reports.
