The jumper that Woosha made famous has not been used by another since the retirement of the great man. Does anyone have any inside information on what is happening wuith the number? Have they retired it? Are they waiting for the next Woosha? Or are they hoping the Woosha himself passes it down to another player who joins the club?
Just a wondering thought......:)

No idea??? I suppose it will be used by someone else in the future because Lewis' 28, Mainy's 3 and Suma's 4 have all been reused, im sure its only a matter of time before some lucky young rookie pulls it on.

My 2.2c: #24 will not be seen again until Worsfold leaves the coach's box.

No one get's it until:
- They captain the club for ten years
- Leads the club to a premiership
- Inspires terror into opposition players
- And then returns to the club as coach, and in only a month fixes the culture and attitude of the entire club
So Cuzz better get cracking.
I dont think there is anyone at the club that deserves the prestigous #24! Matera, Jacko and Milli have all made their own numbers and the young brigade havent reached the dizzy heights that The old brigade did in the early to mid 90's! Till then the great number should be iced and put away till someone earns it!

There is only one man in that has deserved to wear a number 24 on his back for any team in the history of the AFL he is a true enforcer, a champion and a living legend and i can tell you it's not some dork chemist who names his son Charlie. The man i speak of is none other than TRENT CROAD!

I'd like to see Humm get it at the end of the year. He has already showed he is a tough nut. And with a few games under his belt to prove he is AFL material, I believe he would be the prime candidate for it and seasons end.

I wouldnt be surprised if the jumper has been offered to players and knocked back. I mean the amount of public pressure and expectancy that is placed on the individual to wear no 24 on his back after Woosha is going to be immense, strange to some it may be, but there are a lot of people who will associate the jumper with Worsfold and it will be hard for anyone to match his achievements in it.

Don't worry GB, "Browny 3:16" is one of the many weirdoes over at Dockerland who idolises Clive Waterhouse.
Let's face it, if you idolise that bloke, then you must suffer severe mental deficiencies.
