I actually think both are responsible, and was a bit surprised when Terry implied Frawley was the main culprit. :)

tan wallet is to blame. i've been in my current job for 18 months now and do you think i can get away with blaming my predecessor for the crap he left behind? no i can't, i have had to fix the problems left behind and fix them quick. wallet has now had 2 1/2 years and is still blaming frawley which is a ****ING COP-OUT. look at what eade and clarkson have done with the stuff they inherited. stand on your own 2 feet wallet and take some ****ING RESPONSIBILITY, you wanted the job and the 5 year contract. pull your head out of your arse, stop worrying about your media image and get some results on the board.
on another note, it's good to see you back parrot. say g'day to barb for us. :D

It goes futher back then frawley. He sent the list futher backwards because he made very little improvment thru the draft.

Fraw;ey drafted no kids, he picked up people who were in their mid to late 20's rather then kids.
He is a moron, so Wallace rocks up and their is nobody between 20-25.
This is Frawley fault and isn't something that can be fixed quickly

You should frame this post, it's your only worthwhile effort on BigFooty so far.

Spud started it and Terry had no choice but to keep most dud youngsters. Terry has done well but has wasted draft picks. In his third year at Richmond he has brought in Lids, Raines and Hughes. Those are the only three worth mentioning. There depth goes as far back as a band made of steel. Richmond, St Kilda and Essendon will be cellar dwellars for years to come. At least Essendon and the Aints have some talent.
