Yes we do. Ryder, davey, empsey, lovett, NLM etc
By a mile. The best part about it our oldest indigenous player is closer to the start of his career than the end.

collectively, no doubt. And the exciting thing is they all have at least 5 to 10 years left to grow. the oldest I think is Lovett only 24. can we even imagine what Ryder, Davey, NLM, Jetta, Lovett, and Dempsey will be able to do on the footy field in about 3 years time.
I'd say we'll probably add to it at some stage in the coming drafts

Does anyone know how Dean Dick is going??? Top young prospect there hope he gets a chance.
By the way your young guys are only young and have a fair way to go to get to Farmer Johnson Hayden Grover and Headland.

Agree.
The Burgoynes are a long way ahead of the Lovetts, for a start. We've got a lot of young indigenous talent, though.

He's had Sheedy and Matty Knights talk him up in th elast couple of weeks. Is a fair chance to be on the senior list by years end if not will be keeped on rookie list
Lovett, Ryder, Davey and Lovett Murray would be the equall of Farmer Johnson Hayden Grover but I don't think that any of them would have in the claas of Headland when on song

Port simply with the Burgoynes and Pearce. Would take them ahead of any of our indigenous guys.

Johnson is a gun, Hayden goes OK, Farmer and Headland are brilliant at their best but produce it so rarely, Cook and Grover are mediocre at best and I don't think i've seen Collard play a game.
As for Port outside Shaun Burgoyne and Danyle Pearce I wouldn't touch their indigenous talent compared to ours. Given they have Burgoyne ahead of our boys and Pearce probably on a par with Ryder/Davey i'd take the addition of Lovett and Lovett-Murray to outweigh Burgoynes impact.

There are a number of teams with a nice collection of indigenous talent.
Port
Essendon
Freo
and also Brisbane have some talented players in:
C. Johnson, Mcgrath, Brennan, Hooper, Merrett, Corrie

You sure Merretts indigenous? Add Roe to that list, he has the potential to be very solid.
