all of a sudden our midfield looks slow again.......
How?
Bachar Houli doesn't make a big difference in the midfield in terms of speed.
Dunno if i like the changes. Pevs been playing well but how about we actually give lonergan a go after some 18 months playing consistent vfl football. Nash comes back and playes one game and is straight in. I reckon Sam is getting very frustrated with selection. Niether he nor hislop have been emergencies for the last two weeks either. Its quite bewildering....

Slow!!
Laycock is a lumbering dinosaur, and we have slowed down with our ins.
WC will run us off our feet.
PS Not saying no to Pev or Campo, but that with their inclusion, a tall had to go for more pace.
Never thought I'd see Campo, Bolton, Pev and J Johnson all in the same side again.
May aswell bring in Heff for the iceing on the dads army cake.

Doesn't matter, Michael Bolton is a gun alongside McVeigh. Great singer too

Yeah.... actually agree with the slow bit.
The slowest side we've put out all year.
I think it will be masked though as Telstra Dome is a small ground and it won't impact us as much.
Maybe a tall out for another small?

The thing is...... Lovett, Jetta, Dempsey, NLM all injured.
Lonergan (slowish) and Hislop not ready.
Dyson gone.
Cole maybe inclusion for Bolts or Laycock to give us run off halfback?
There is really not much we can do but back our height and ability to win the contest.

Disgraceful Decision making, we are going into the match with the fastest and best midfield in the league and we are going in the slowest. Need to use youth and nash shouldn't have been dropped he adds some grunt into our team and wins the contested possesion along with his beutiful kicking we need that this wk i really hope there is going to be a late change badly so nash can play

I would've liked to have seen Nash stay in for another week, but he probably needs some more fitness, other than that nothing unexpected.

Even if we went for a quick lineup, we would still get run off our feet by WCE, so experience was the next best thing. I dont have a problem with the team, apart from the obvious.

Not impressed with that line-up. Im not liking our chance of beating WCE now!
LOL @ Including Campo! ROFL :D
It's not a quick side but, in the end, I don't mind the changes. Nash and Houli did very little against the Swans and, in my opinion, Camporeale and Peverill will exert greater influence on the game.
On Telstra Dome, I don't think Campo's lack of speed will cause too much of a problem in slowing us down. In fact, I think his quick thinking and clean disposal could make us quicker on the move. Pev's a genuine ball winner and solid tagger that deserves his spot.

I think we're going to have to play at our absolute best to knock them off. If last week was season defining I think this week will be even more so.
This McPhee rumour has me a bit worried, but I still think we're capable.
Expecting a cracker of a match whatever the result.

You know as well as anyone that Sheeds is a crafty bastard; he could very well make some real late changes. Fingers crossed for some speed...
