KISS play without Ace.....again!!!!!!
It is a very disappointing turn of events for KISS fans to learn that the band have performed on the 50th anniversary filming of 'American Bandstand' playing without Ace Frehley! He has been replaced for a second time by KISS' right hand man Tommy Thayer who played wearing Ace's famous make-up and space outfit.
A discision should be made by the band whether or not to continue in their current
'make-up' form (but WITH Ace) or to remove the make-up and continue in a non make
-up version of the group as they appeared thoughout the 1980's & early '90's.
what a rip off!!!!

This is a disgrace. An act of unspeakable treason. Gene Simmons is nothing but a whore of the highest proportions. He and Stanley continue to embarrass themselves. They can claim Frehley is a junkie loser etc etc but at least he has not embarrassed himself like those two morons.

its pretty embaressing to the legacy of kiss and the original four personas that simmons and stanley can cheapen it all and pee off the fans by doing stuff like this. They own the face paint - that seems to be the bottom line. Sad.

**** Kiss, I've had no respect for Gene & Paul for ages.
They sold their souls a long time ago.
Kiss is now a Kiss cover band, featuring Paul & Gene.

That's sad....Ace is KISS Gene & Paul are definately milking a sick cow that has squeezed out it's last drop. I've seen 'em three times including thier last tour, quite 'dissappointed on thier standard' for the first half of the show as the sound was severly distorted. The last hour was sensational but you can see they really milking it without ACE.
Are Paul & Gene too scared to go solo, fearing the musical creativity is beyond them ??????
anyhow, I still enjoy listening to the real KISS. Were a great band
who were inspired by 'ALICE COOPER'
