This is the chance for all you people out there who stated categorically that Essendon would win the spoon this year to revise your opinion. Feel free.

The Dons might not have much talent, upside or leg-speed, but you have to admire their fighting spirit. They'll always be able to sneak a few under-the-radar wins (e.g. last 2 weeks), when their opponents take it too easy. The major problem at Dons-land is their lack of midfield talent, which can be easy to exploit. :)

I said they'd be pressing for finals and I haven't revised my opinion.

Cheap rip off of my thread (http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/showthread.php?t=304362), except that i made mine in march, and it has had 'some' effect for that reason. why not have a 'will west coast win the spoon' thread too.. it'll be about as useful

Yeah, I went back into the archives to see if anyone had made a similar thread then copied it.

No one was tipping West Coast for the spoon at the beginning of the year. Every man and his dog was tipping Essendon for the spoon.

Richmond are a better chance of winning the flag than the Bombers winning the spoon.

Not more stupid than your Demon Quiz in the Dreamteam forum.
Wtf does a Demon quiz have to do with dreamteam?
