I am by no means a bandwagoner in fact, totally against It. But throughout the season the old Carlton spirit has reborn. Tonight watching Sentanta celebrating anything that moved was just something that we haven't seen in 5 years. Throughout the whole game I had a massive smile on my face just knowing that tonight this side played averagely and look what they could do.
This side is capeable!
To make this thread a little more poster friendly feel free to post your 'PMI' for the match.
Positive: Setanta, this bloke isn't a spark he's a live wire.
Special Mentions: Houla up forward, Waite.
Minus: 4th Quarter, slacked off a fair bit and paid the price.
Interesting: A tie between Andrew Walkers assist and Gibbs' chase.
Special Mentions: Fev kicking 2(but still kicking 22 as a team, due for a good one but still working hard.

Positive: Setanta, Gibbs, Fish and J-rod Waite.
Minus: Last quarter, shame we couldn't really help our percentage.
Interesting. Gibbs great run down.

I know it's being picky, but it's Setanta, not Sentanta, as he called numerous times during the Foxtel commentary.

Very right, or even worse, when they say either Santana or I heard this no joke, Santa:OI've heard Santa a fiar bit as well, but I can almost guarantee thats said on purpose. Like a nickname or abreviation.

Very good point. I was going to write something about our "spirit". This group is not only talented, but they play with real attitude and fire, and a touch of arrogance. They are not intimidated by anyone, and back themselves in a shootout. I watched the Weagles play the Dons, and the Weagles look pretty soulless nowdays. Judd is the main playmaker, and all the others are just playing for themselves, and trying to be part of the Judd-driven success. I think you'll see the Weagles slide over the next year or 2, despite media predictions. :)

Positive: A comfortable win
Minus: Fourth quarter was a bit of a let down
Interesting: Fevola only kicking 2
Friday Night footy this week, watch for Fev to produce a big bag and for us to kick close to 30 goals.

Fev looked restricted by his foot injury, but he's also not getting as much delivery as he used to. I just hope he keeps focussed and doesn't get frustrated. I'm happy if he only gets 2-3 goals, 10 possessions, and applies a lot of forward-line pressure, creating opportunities for others. He always has 8-goal in a half game-breaking potential, which will make any opposition a bit nervous. :)

Really opens up Fisher and Waite to be focal points of the forward line. A key in our big scores is Fevola's sacrifice. Fevola has to learn to play for the team, this team plays for eachother and want to win together.
