IMO. Still dominating any level when he really wants to. Gets frustrated sometimes with less talented team mates. Still got that massive leap, showing his freakish marking ability. Silky skills, has become a very good defensive forward. Forward pressure this year in the first few rounds of the TAC cup created several goals. Building strength up well but has someway to go once he hits afl level. Heard he has been kicking goals for peninsula every week, alongside his dandenong team mate John McCarthy.

I saw jared grant play a couple of weeks ago and he kicked 5, (3 of them from the ruck) his leap is a feature but his skills are very good. Tapped it to himself then gathered the crumbs and unloaded a running torpedo shot on goal that missed by less then a foot, but went thru post height from at least 50 meters out. very impressed. Has no tollerence for less skillful team mates, and can be very selfish

I see on his stats for last TAC game , he had 7 marks for 7 effective kicks ( 3 goals 4 behinds ) and 1 ineffective kick. He also had 10 effective handballs yet only had 2 handball receives. Amazing player to pick up possibly 7 or 8 handballs from nowhere or maybe handball stats incorrect.

Don't know if he really works on his game. Just seems to rely on his natural talent. Looks like he wouldn't know where the weights room is and wonder what his committment would be like at the next level.
A good natural talent but a BIG question mark over commitment & work ethic.

Correct me if i am wrong... but wasnt this grant kid in vic metro 16s,All Australian, AIS program, international rules series and now Vic metro 18s?
You dont get to these places on natural talent. To make 16s vic is one story. But without improving you dont just strole in to Metro 18s do you? I dont think the clubs will be worrying about his bulkyness too much. You could rattle off tens of players who were drafted under weight and who now are fine...
Top 20 prospect.

Maybe you should really sit down and try and understand what some stats actually mean before you go questioning the accuracy of the stats.
You can actually get the ball yourself, not every stat has to be from a mark or a handball receive.
