'Stickets' cost you the ground entry fee -I think it's about $16 but get there early and you can sit in the 1000 seats they keep beside the standing area - they are usually gone a couple of hours before the starting time, though you can pick up the odd single seat.

No need to get there early...when was the last time SS was a sell out???
Especially against an interstate mob. Every week we are told get there early, limited standing room blah blah and then the ground attendance is 20k, pfft

I went to an Adelaide match year before last thinking - interstate match easy to get a seat near the standing room - almost all taken two hours before - with Crows scarves on seats. Security bloke heard me asking people if they were all taken and found me one - and a number for others later on - but Crows fans were pissed off! I don't think it will happen with Brisbane but it will with Sydney - ask the bloke in the coat if there are scarves everywhere!

Standing room is great, i am always there early, it was packed for the West Coast game, but i suspect it won't be packed for the Brisbane game, just get there about 11am or so (1pm start) and you'll get a seat in the GA area. (1500 seats available)....or if you want to stand like me, there is plenty of room :D

btw- I am just a general gfc member, how much does it cost to buy a seat for just one game??

Remember the 2's start at 9.45. Brisbane have a good following down here.

If your by yourself you can get there later and there will normally be a couple of single seats around the GA area.

Correct me if i am wrong, but why isn't there standing room in the new stand?

I noticed this during the VFL game on Saturday.

Behind the lower tiers seats there are railings along the back, and it says "no standing"......they have standing room behind the seats at the TD....they could seriously make a bit of $$ by selling standing room tickets there.

One or two rows along the railing at $15, heaps of room along there.
