Hi all just starting this thread to get opinions on Greensborough. The young kids seem to have taken some great steps in the last 2 years, isn't it fantastic to see a club begin to rise stricktly using there juniors and not paying huge money for outsiders. I have been involved in the DVFL for over 35 years and this is the most promicing Greensborough side for at least 10 years. They will have more good wins and some big losses also but thats what happens with very young sides. Just to finish i pose this question.
Who is the greatest Greensborough player of all time.
Neil Brindley, Wayne Dobson, Dave Miers, Paul Smith ??????

Fig9 and magpie 18? to cocky i guess?
looks like you guys just werent up to the boro standard, a good young side that doesnt need to spend money to get these fancy players, must just be a good place to be around! i think its a little somthing called a team that gets you places i guess boro just have a good team, where as other clubs have individuals... in the end its the team that wins you games, so i hope the boro keep turning heads becuase it wont be long before they are back as a force in div 1, providing they keep there kids!

Another good win for the burra on the weekend, will be interesting to see whether or not they can go on with it next year. Can somebody tell me how many games diamond creek won last year?
