It looks as if Murph will be out for another 3-4 with his hammy, and I doubt whether the Bald Eagle will get off for his nice left to Tarrants chin.
Assuming that Chris Grant will be one to come back, who else is in the running?
There wasn't much joy from Werribee's game today.

I only saw the first half of the 'Bees but IMO Grant looks a month away

Eagle shouldnt get suspended by that. It was a jumper punch in retaliation. Worse t hings have gotten off

He was quiet in the first half, but went to Dukes just before half-time and held him to only 1 more goal after he'd kicked 5 on Wight.

Grant will come in for Murphy. I would play him in the forward line as the backline looks very settled with Williams looking good. Hard to see Wight getting back in the team any time soon. If Eagleton goes the proably Faulkner I'd reckon

I'm fairly confident that we won't be seeing Cameron Faulkner in the ones again. I think his papers are stamped.

He didn't play well today but then again none of them did. Faulkner is still in the mix and if he plays well next week he could be considered.

The mongrel is coming back to the Western Bulldogs. I loved it when we were hated and booed by opposition supporters.

Bit Harsh in my opinion, after not getting agame in the top end tonight, he would have felt a bit flat, and it showed in the werribee game today. When Cam gets it together and starts believing he belongs we will be a better side. With Cross out for a bit his opportunity is their. He has got to believe he is better than anyone else. C'mon Cam, Head down and focus. believe....

Eade said 1 game hopefully, but most likely 2 Eagles shouldn't be gone with that from what I've heard might be looked at but he will get off.

DFA possibly has an injury. If he is out Cam has to play.
If Cam doesn't get a decent run and gets the chop at years end, i'll be filthy.

Robbins and Everitt could come into the side for the Kangas.

I think they'll both miss a week.
Couldn't care really, I've been wanting to see someone hit Tarrant for quite some time, even if it is only a jumper punch. :thumbsu:

I hope we dont lose against the Kangas, because they always seem to be trouble for us even when they arent going well

He has had enough chances. Harbrow has shown more in his limited number of games than Cam in all the years he has been at the club. If he couldn't crack a game with the latest injuries then he will most likely won't again.

This weeks selection looms as an interesting one.
Murphy could be replaced by either Robbins or McDougall I'd think.
Addison could be due a week in the B's perhaps, copped a bit of a knock and last night was imo, his worst as far as hitting targets. Perhaps Everitt or Faulkner could get a run for him.

Liked his game against Brisbane but you'd think Addison will get a spell some stage in the next while. His hardness might be important against the Roos though, especially if Archer isn't suspended and fronts up for his 300th.

Apart from last years aberation, basically since Croft kicked a bag several years ago I reckon we've owned them:)

Unfortunately I agree. Whilst injuries haven't been kind to Cam and want him to take the next step, you just have to look at the output of Harbrow and Lynch to see o far away Cam is from getting a game.

At least Faulkner gives his all when playing for Werribee unlike Skipper and Robbins. And picks up his opponent unlike Wight.
Some other papers need stamping IMO.

Everitt should be given a go in defence.
Is Pask available to play? with Griffen and Cross out for 8 i would assume he his. I wouldn't mind seeing him in the bulldogs colours

Grant could be a possibility, but I don't think he'll be rushed back in at all, and by the sounds of it, he could still be another week or 2 off. If he's ready to go and play over 70% game time and have an impact, he'll definitely be out there.
Addison does add the toughness, and he's very much a player that Eade likes I think, but I feel he'll spend a few weeks in the B's, as I don't think we'll carry so many young players in a game again, and Lynch/Harbrow/Higgins/Williams all had reasonable games on the weekend, Addison is probably the one who out of them all could do with a few weeks back at Werribee, just to concentrate on his disposal and decision making at a slightly slower pace.
