For those of you that don't know, this is our original club song. I thought it would be fitting if we could sing it a few times during the game on Saturday night.
Here are the lyrics;

My god it was cringeworthy in 91 got shivers reading those words and remembering proudly singing it at 3/4 time. But it is heritage round i spose ;)
Don't want to sing it but if it gets going I will add dB's :thumbsu:

Given that it's Heritage Round, maybe the club should play the old club song. Centrals do it for their heritage games (and it makes me wonder why we ever changed to Yankee Doodle Dandy)

Not sure if 'Bogan English soccer song' is the official tune.
I remember posting the full lyrics awhile back and it reeked of marketing men trying to be clever rather than thinking clearly.

Definitely cringeworthy, but at the end of the day I would sing it, as it would mean we have the much needed 4 points.

Not sure if 'Bogan English soccer song' is the official tune.Well, it is an actual song, commonly played by marching bands in the US AFAIK.... just can't think of the name of it....
Found it, the tune is the second part of "Stars and Stripes Forever"
