now i didnt see the game on the weekend, and have only been able to read a few things about the game now!

Anybody, including the writer, who would describe Cornes' game as superb and worthy of second best on ground was looking at the raw stats and not the true effect on the game.

Hey John Gent,

Just watched the game on video and not sure about second best on ground yet Cornes stood out in my view, his reading of the play in the backline was like Grant.
