I'm pretty pissed off with these conservative, pretty much gutless selections. Dropping Smith? What for? Playing a player for less than half a game isn't giving them a chance. All I can think of is that he will be a late replacement for McKernan. As for Livingston, yes he has been beaten in his first two games but against Tredrea he was as good as he could have been and last week Rocca beat him soundly but didn't do that much damage. He's been playing on players who are out of his league after two games - why not pick him this week and play him on either a bulldog youngster (Saunders?) or hack (Bartlett?)?
I really wanted to see Justin Davies in the side - Instead we see 5 players who may mean we are a bit closer at the end of the night but may also mean that we are further away in the long term scheme of things. What's more we drop two youngsters. What the hell is going on?
