I just heard that Brian Wilson of Beach Boy fame has recorded a song with Richard Ashcroft formerly of the Verve. Can anyone enlighten me as to the song name, release date etc etc?

Okies officially, I can't find any word. I'm calling in some helpful contacts so I'll keep you posted. :)

The official Brian Wilson website (http://www.brianwilson.com) has no word, just said about Brian playing for the Queen's Golden Jubilee, the Roxy shows (7 days to go.......:(), and the Pet Sounds World Tour.

Brian may well be bringing his Pet Sounds World Tour to Australia in December!!!!!!

did read in an interview that Ashcroft, specifically cites Frank Sinatra, Elvis and Brian Wilson among his influences..

Any fan of Brian Wilson is someone I'd like to hear more of. :) Sorry if that's not good enough for you.
