View Full Version : Sydney Board Moderator
Time to throw your hat into the ring if you'd like to be moderator of the Sydney board.
Let me know at bluey@bigfooty.com - be sure to include personal details like age, location etc. I won't divulge any of it but I need to know who I am dealing with.
Being a moderator is about tidying the board up if garbage posts get out of hand, and encouraging growth of the board by introducing new people and encouraging relevant, thoughtful conversation.
And you get your name in lights.
But no money.
Once all nominations are in I will confer with... myself... and pick a moderator. I may decide to pick no moderator.
If you don't get picked don't take it personally. It is just a web site, after all.

I nominate myself.
Reasons why:
1- I have BigFooty as my homepage so I can get to it in rapid time in emergency situations.
2- I have no life, therefore I am on BigFooty for enormous periods of time.
3- I ran the survivor board pretty well (Bluey you can use all the survivors as references).
4- Um, because I am respected and loved by the vast majority of BigFooty posters (see my signature for more details).
5- I have a computer.
6- I have the internet connected at home.
7- I have been to a Swans game.
Vote 1- Rocco Jones.

I nominate Rocco.
His hosting on Bigfooty survivor was terrific and he is a very responsible person, I think he is very suited for the job and will do that job to the best of his ability.

I think Rocco would be great for being the Moderator. He was very dedicated to the Survivor competition and like he said, he has the time to do what he has to. It's true, he is loved by the whole bigfooty community! Rocco for Moderator!
It has to be Rocco Jones, he's even more a fanatic of french/senegalese soccer than myself, and would make a sensational moderator :cool:

Rocco would be fine. If you keep him away from half empty beers that have been abandoned at the bar he seems to be a pretty sharp bloke.

This is a no contest. Rocco is by far the most respected poster on Bigfooty ............ he's also very sexy ;)
If Sir Rocco doesn't get it there should be a formal enquiry

Rocco's hosting of BigFooty Survivor speaks for itself. It was superb, excellent, magnificent, delightful. He deserves the gig.
The Western Bulldogs play a home match at the SCG so why shouldn't Rocco be allowed to moderate the Sydney board ;)
I think we should stick with a Swans supporter.

I'll throw my support behind Luke as the Sydney board moderator. He is a very passionate Sydney supporter, lives in Sydney, has respect for other BigFooty posters and would do a great job moderating the Swans board.
