Congratulations to Dean. :thumbsu:

A marvellous player, and sits among the Top 5 players to ever play for the West Coast Eagles in my opinion.

Dean Kemp was a member of West Coast's stunning team of the 1990s, playing in the club's first two premierships in 1992 and 1994, winning the Norm Smith Medal in the latter. The snowy-haired midfielder was an unassuming superstar of the side, playing 243 matches from 1990 to 2001. He captained the club in 2001.

Congrats to Dean Kemp. Awesome player who was a huge part of our premiership winning sides of '92 & '94. When discussing the greatest eagle ever, his name always comes up as one of the nominees.

Excellent news.:thumbsu:

Great to see Tommy given the credit he deserves. Never quite had the high profile of some of our other champions but he is entitled to be included among the elite.

Skinny, slight with sublime skills but still could lay the most effective tackle on anyone of any size that I've ever seen. Total class act :thumbsu:

He was still just as sublime in 2000, and people noticed that

Congratulations to Dean Kemp, can remember watching the 1994 Grand Final and knowing half way through the final quarter that the Norm Smith was his. Very well deserved:thumbsu:

On Ya Kempie:thumbsu:

Had beautiful skills and was able to pin point handballs and kicks at will.

Supreme effectiveness. Something that is greatly lacking in most players these days.

havent seen him in a while whats he been up to?

Last time I saw him, he had a Scandinavian-looking supermodel on his arm, so it's not a surprise he hasn't joined the assistant coaching ranks. :thumbsu:

Kemp is the 2nd best Eagle behind Matera. Judd cant hold a candle to either. Cousins a clear 3rd.

Well deserved. Was one of the best

Ahh but if Judd stay as Eagle for his whole career Im very certain (in fact I know http://www.aflonline.com.au/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) he'll become the best. I have to agree with you about Matera, still is the best at this moment

People are forgetting one important thing...

His wife was (and still probably is) one of the most smokin' hot women I've seen in a long time :)
