Liam is actually injured at the moment. He hurt his leg playing against Stawell on the weekend and will be out for another week or so:(

Confrimation- It was his hip.
And after recent critiscisms... He played again on the weekend and as luck would have it, Has reinjured it! More news to come

liam has averaged 34 disposals in his last 1 games while he was playing footy in the backyard with his dog..

Hit the nail on the head even if he does some how make it to slip threw to hawthorn he'll play a few vfl games and realise he's not up to the standard.

those three players you mentioned from warrack are guns but i reckon ryan mckenzie also from warrack is better than all three all four boys would make warrack eagles a formidable outfit GOD DAM TAC CUP !!!!
in the rebals first final all four boys were in the rebels best 123 and 4 good effort for a smal town

liam newell has been playing againts people like wishy, he needs a real opponent like the brandon walsh(warrack eagles) this kid would rip him up all game....

Liam newell has had a big pre season and is ready to start on the bench playing overage for minyip murtoa under 14s
Liam Newell has just notched up 32 possesions, 4 goals, 2 behinds, 11 marks and 7 one %s playing on the riverside reserve. His direct opponent was Damien Cutter (quality footballer). Great work Liam

Saturday's game against Nhill Liam got a low 5 posessions. He struggled playing on number 16 of the Nhill mini's.

Liam seems to be going well in the seniors.
Also chucking a few quarters in the 3rds everynow and again.
