Can you guys imagine what it was like last night being the only Collingwood supporter in a house full of Brisbane supporters? .... Let me sum it up, IT SUCKED!!!
I decided to get my own back a bit, 3QTR time mum and my brother had gone to bed, dad was absolutely pissed off his head and had gone to sleep on the couch....
SO ... I grabbed out my DVD of our 2002 RD8 win over the Lions, and whacked it on, moved it on to about 2 minutes to go in the final QTR, and pushed play, woke dad up and it was so funny, he was too drunk to realise it was a joke even when Jason Cloke, Alistair Lynch and Glen Freeborn had the ball, anyway, he stood there, jumping up and down shouting on the lions right 'til the siren at which point he screamed out "F*** you Mick Malthouse, threw his hat, kicked the chair and stormed off to bed, slamming the door behind him!
Certainly lit up what was a very bleak night!
