Just checked the record after training tonight and saw the game covered by 31 & on the radio will be Oakleigh and how ever they are playing.
In Div 1 we have a battle that many think will be a Grand Final preview (I think St. Pauls will beat Chelt.) and they go for a Div 2 game that pretty much means nothing in the run to the finals.

I agree broadcast the best game or one that is relevant for finals. No dis respect to Lyndale but if Oaks are on song you can switch off the broadcast at half time .GET FAIR DINKUM.That IS All

I play at Lyndale and although you may be correct about the importance of the game in regards to finals, don't you think that all clubs should have the oportunity to be shown on channel 31? There are 28 clubs last time i checked. The one thing about Oakleigh/Lyndale games is that it will be a physical game and the Lyndale boys haven't forgotten about the effort they served up last time.

Totally agree that the games that involve teams on the verge of finals or battling for a spot should be given coverage, however i think this has already been covered in another thread. The reasons given were available space at grounds, getting clubs to organise sponsors and so on.
Saying this though, saturday's coverage will be the first time lyndale has been covered by the league's weekend coverage this year, so to be fair every club should be at least shown once.

This will be our 1st time in 3 years and I can say I'm completley surprised we're getting a run. I wouldn't have minded waiting till we're a bit more competitive but hopefully we'll show a bit tomorrow anyway, Go the Pumas
