Alright im sick of the footy talk for a while and wanted to know about your experiences with some of our current players. Ill get the ball rolling.
Jeff White comes into my work all the time and I sometimes get to serve him, is a really nice fella and is happy for a chat. I also congratulated him on his 250th earlier this week ;). Seen a few of the younger fellas out and about on the town and got to chat with young Buckley for a few minutes seemed like a nice fella and happy for a chat.

A friend of a friend was talking to Nathan Carroll at a pub, was asked by Carroll whether he wanted to come back to his house and have a few more drinks. Was about to accept when warned by another bloke that Carroll invites you over for more than a few drinks.

I remember having a little chat to Andrew Leoncelli back in about 2000 at a footy camp. While getting his autograph he asked if I reckoned we could win the flag. I said 'don't see why not. I remember liking the way he said 'we' as if I was part of the team. 11 or so at the time so that's always exciting :)

What the hell dose that mean?

Drugs, Gay?

If you are gonna say something don't lead people on, either say it or keep quiet.

All you will do is ruin peoples reputation or create doubts.

Pity....

Ran in to Cam Bruce when the WWE was over for their Global Warning tour. Saw him at the fan axxess the day before the event, and he was spewing he couldn't go as we were playing over at Subi that weekend.

Also was in Heat nightclub about 5 years ago, when just about all of the boys were in there. Shook Travis' hand and called him an absolute legend he said "thanks mate". About an hour later saw him at the bar, when he was shouting tequila shots to about 4 birds, sees me there and hands a shot over to me as well :thumbsu:

It's not one of our players but when I worked in a video store in 1999 Mark McVeigh used to come in and hire 'adult' features with a hot blonde bird. Kinky.

A family friend had a birthday party back in '02, his parents managed to get Green, Vardy, Wheatley and doggy Brown to come along from the club. All top blokes, Browny's an absolute champ.

The Ox used to come into dad's work a fair bit in the late 90s, I remember going into the rooms after we lost to Sydney in 99 at the G, Ox wasn't in a good mood at all but i spoke to Farmer and Ingerson and they seemed alright. Don't know what the Wiz is like now, probably hasn't been the same since he went back home.

When I was a kid spoke to Gary Lyon a few times and he's a great bloke, as was Marcus Seecamp, Farmer and Darren Kowal.
Haven't met many of the current players to be honest.

Chill out.

He obviously meant that Carroll likes to hit the piss pretty hard, nothing else.

Living in Adelaide, the only Melbourne player I've seen around is Daniel Bell.

Went to an after match function after the Gabba match this year. Chris Fagan was there, and with him were Juice Newton, Simon Buckley and Col Garland.

All great blokes for a chat, even Fagan.

When Fagan introduced Newton, there were cheers of "Juice!! We love you Juice!!!"

To which Juice replied, " I love you too" :D

Got a launch on Wednesday for something I'm working on at work that's co-sponsored by TeamMelbourne. Juice Newton and Ricky Petterd will be the MFC representatives - I might go to pieces if I get to meet the new cult hero and the man with the indestructable internal organs.
